Our one stop service, provide everything from tables, chairs, chair covers, tiebacks, tablecloths, overlays, linen serviettes, cutlery and crockery. We do everything in the colour scheme of your choice. We also have a variety of table centrepieces that you can use free of charge.
Summerwood Country Estate offers a variety of venues. All our venues can either be set for an informal gathering or a formal function. We can accommodate 10 – 500 people in the different venues. Below is a list of venues to choose from.
All our venues can be transformed for conferences. With either classroom or cinema style. Standard equipment in each venue is an aircon, screen, lectern, flipchart with pen and paper. As well as mineral water and peppermints/sweets.
Additional items can be arranged on request – such as a PA system or data projector. Conferences and team buildings can either be a half day or full day package. We provide the necessary coffee, tea, fruit juice and meals.

Summerwood Hall is ideal for stylish weddings or corporate functions: a fully draped, air conditioned venue that seats up to 250 guests with a dance floor and two fireplaces for the Free State winter. Big doors that open to the garden, with tables and chairs outside to enjoy the Free State tranquillity.
Rustic style, air conditioned venue that seats up to 96 guests with a dance floor and big fireplace. Ideal for smaller weddings or informal gatherings. Also used for conferences and teambuilding.
A big beautiful white Marquees Tent, with the roof draped in white and fairy lights and chandeliers for that perfect function or wedding.
It can accommodate 100 – 500 People, with water cooling systems.
Breathless beautiful wooden Free State style chapel. The chapel is draped in front and features stunning chandeliers and luscious green grass floor. A red carpet will also be placed down the aisle for the bride. The forest chapel can seat from 120 up to 250 guests for a wedding ceremony.
Our Wine Cellar is a underground facility which is perfect for that special function. The dining table can seat up to 20 people for a cozy dinner. It can also be used for small conferences and gatherings.
Wine tastings can be arranged on request with snacks.
